Kyruku- My weapon

Name of Weapon: Kyruku
Effect: It is a special staff, that allows chakra to be shot out of both ends, and cover itself. It is nearly instant, and by shooting I mean allowing it to shoot out in like a flame, but requires a 2 posts of charging. This is also pure chakra, unless a nature in implemented. The fire doesn't burn, it just mearly serves as a sheild against other Chakra. The chakra that is fired from this, stays connected to the staff, on the tips, flaring out a bit. It has an easy to see tell, which is you can see the chakra faintly glow with a blueish glow, which is the color of his chakra, or if he implements a chakra nature, it becomes the color of that nature, the glow that is.

Could you specify the speed or how the speeds of the chakra are determined? Otherwise it's creating some sort of autohit chakra gun.
